Setareh was recommended to us given our challenging IOS devices at home. We needed to clean up our files/photos/music for a family of four before we upgraded to new devices - - one of our devices was 7 years old with vintage services. We also wanted to ensure we had back-ups for our data and have the ability to share files/photos/music via the cloud.
She started the whole process with understanding our current situation and future needs. We had over 6 different IOS devices/laptops so she made sure our family of 4 were in much better shape moving forward with new devices.
She is extremely easy with which to work and extremely customer oriented. I would recommend her highly!

If you are as computer illiterate as I am or as computer savvy as my husband is, iMom (Setareh) is the best.!
My husband needed his real estate office switched from PC to Mac- she came in- listened to all of his needs and put together a package that worked. She went out and purchased everything, set the entire office up and then taught everyone in the office how to work everything. She is extraordinary- so patient, so caring and it was a seamless transition thanks to her! Any glitches, she was there in an instant...stupid questions, she was respectful and answered them without any attitude.
Back to me- the illiterate one...Setareh is so patient! Every "IT" person I have ever dealt with in the past has been so derogatory in dealing with my level of aptitude- Setareh- never! She walked me through everything so patiently. When I glazed over after 45 minutes she was respectful of that and we started again on another day.
Believe me, whatever level of expertise you have with Apple products, she is your "go-to" person!

Earlier this year I worked with Setareh very closely over a period of three months on a fund raising project. I had the pleasure of developing policies and procedures for the processing of sales transactions with a very capable co-chair. Not only was Setareh extremely innovative in transitioning our project into the computer age on the MacBook, she was responsible, patient and very successful in interacting with the other groups (accounting, acquisitions) that our project required.
